Promotion, Competition Prize Draws: Liability
Schools and children must be a registered member of Cool Kids Grow to participate in competitions, promotions, and prize draws unless otherwise stated. All documentation including photographs and film will be retained as the property of Cool Kids Grow and used at their descretion. We do not undertake to return any entries, so please keep a copy. Cool Kids Grow are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the promotions, competitions and prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification.

Employees of Cool Kids Grow and their families are not permitted to enter.

Prize winners are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative and Cool Kids Grow reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Cool Kids Grow excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with competitions, promotions and prize draws and reserves the right to cancel offers at any stage.

Any dispute relating to competitions, promotions and prize draws shall be subject to the laws of New Zealand. and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.

Cool Kids Grow is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in a competition, promotion or prize draw.

You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your email address and password, secret and secure. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree:
not to permit any other person to use your user name or membership; and not to disclose, or provide to any other person, your password, email address, or any information that may allow them to gain access to your membership.
